Spent my Easter holiday at a family-run hotel & honestly, the staff made it the best holiday experience. They were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist. the food provided was highly impressive, with a great assortment of dishes from which to choose. the hotel's location, close proximity to the lakefront, allowed for easy leisure activities.

The hotel rooms were a serious disappointment, with obsolete furniture, poorly maintained decorations, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. the distance from the city center was too far, and taxis were unreliable.

The hotel's staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and a beautiful walk down to the lake. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the fantastic restaurant and bar.

Our family of four had a great stay in this hotel close to the train line and a quick walk down to the lake. the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Our room had a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and was meticulously clean. the breakfast buffet featured a variety of options, and the restaurant served delicious traditional Austrian cuisine. Our kids loved the convenient bike rental and proximity to the beach.

The hotel's location was great for those wanting to explore the area, with easy access to a bus station and train station nearby. We loved renting bikes and exploring the lake area. The restaurant in the hotel offered delightful traditional Austrian dishes.
